Living and existing can be seen as two different states of being. Existing implies merely being present, while living implies actively engaging with and experiencing life. Whether we are truly living or just existing depends on the individual and their level of engagement with life. Some may feel like they are just going through the motions, while others may feel fully alive and present in each moment. It ultimately comes down to how we choose to approach and experience life. **

You may feel like you only exist and not live if you are going through the motions of life without truly engaging with it. This could be due to feeling stuck in a routine, lacking passion or purpose, or experiencing mental health challenges that make it difficult to fully participate in life. It's important to reflect on what brings you joy and fulfillment, and take steps to actively engage with those aspects of life in order to transition from simply existing to truly living. **

Diving goggles are not allowed in the swimming pool because they are designed for use in deep water and can obstruct peripheral vision, increasing the risk of collisions with other swimmers. Additionally, diving goggles are not necessary for swimming laps or recreational swimming in a pool with clear water. The use of diving goggles in a swimming pool can also create a safety hazard if the wearer dives into shallow water thinking it is deeper than it actually is. **

Yes, a community of needs can exist even if individuals do not live together. In today's interconnected world, people can form communities based on shared needs and interests regardless of physical proximity. Online platforms and social media have made it easier for people to connect and support each other, creating virtual communities of needs. These communities can provide a sense of belonging, support, and resources to individuals who may not live in the same location. **

We live on drifting continental plates because Earth's crust is divided into several large and small tectonic plates that float on the semi-fluid asthenosphere beneath them. These plates are constantly moving due to the heat and convection currents in the Earth's mantle. This movement is what causes earthquakes, volcanic activity, and the formation of mountain ranges. The existence of drifting continental plates is unique to Earth because of its specific geological and tectonic conditions, such as the presence of water and the right temperature and pressure for plate tectonics to occur. **

Using a diving mask instead of swimming goggles can provide a wider field of vision and better visibility underwater. Diving masks are designed to create a watertight seal around the eyes and nose, preventing water from entering. They also typically have a nose pocket for equalizing pressure while diving. However, diving masks may be bulkier and less streamlined than swimming goggles, which could affect comfort and performance while swimming laps. **

One HTML element that could be useful but does not exist is a native date picker element. Currently, developers have to use JavaScript libraries or custom code to create date pickers, which can be time-consuming and lead to inconsistent user experiences. Another element that could be beneficial is a native table of contents element, which would allow authors to easily create and manage a table of contents within their HTML documents. Additionally, a native element for creating responsive images that automatically adjust based on screen size and resolution would be helpful in simplifying the process of creating responsive web designs. **

As an AI, I don't have personal experiences or emotions, but from a scientific perspective, the concept of luck doesn't really apply to the fact of being born and having the right to exist and live on Earth. It's more a result of biological processes and the circumstances of one's parents. However, from a philosophical or existential perspective, some may view it as lucky to have the opportunity to experience life and existence on Earth. Ultimately, it's a complex interplay of biological, environmental, and existential factors that contribute to one's existence. **
